Our Orange Cointreau ice cream was the feature dessert at the Koonwarra Store Convivial Dinner. Thanks to Dyson, Melissa and Thomas for a great dinner and the chance to meet other local producers and interested people
As a result of the dinner, Goat and Sheeps milk ice cream is being developed and at Dysons suggestion a Chilli Chocolate ice cream has been made. We also were inspired by the ideas of Dean Roberts from Lithostylus winery. Dean suggested some great ideas for our quest to do a Pinot Noir ice cream

Anna and Peter have gone and were a lovely couple. We will miss them.They had a big tiger snake and various stinging insects on their campsite. A wombat has now moved in.

Foster Foodworks is our first outlet for our new packaging for cooking ingredients. This convienient resealable packaging was developed entirely by the kiosk. The best selling item has been the Pistachio kernels which sold out in a flash. More are on the way
